Matthew Perchemlides, FNP-C, DNP, NP, FABNO, MSN, RN, BSN
Naturopathic Physician & Certified Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Perchemlides (who typically goes by Matthew or Dr. Perch) is licensed as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from UVM. He is also a Naturopathic Physician (NP) who completed his residency at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Southwestern Regional Medical Center, a nationally recognized and CNME-certified residency program in integrative oncology.
Dr. Perch is a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO), a specialist in integrative medicine, and holds a Master of Science in Nutrition (MSN). His roots as a healthcare provider reach back to his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Boston College, and his years working as a Registered Nurse (RN).
The cornerstone of Dr. Perch’s practice is his deeply held belief that a worldwide revolution in healthcare delivery must begin with the integrative care model. His dedication to integrative medicine allows him to turn over every stone in the pursuit of optimal wellness for his patients.
His time outside of Natural Family Health is happily spent supporting his wife’s brilliant work and raising his son and daughter.
